Used them for years and was extremely satisfied. However, a lot of issues with my last order: it was around 200 euros so it should've qualified for free tracked shipping as all my orders of similar value in all the years prior - this one however just didn't, no explanation. Then they supposedly shipped with DHL 9 days ago (that I paid quite a bit of money for), however DHL tracking shows that only a order log has been made and no goods were actually delivered to them, this AGAIN, for 9 days now. They are still waiting to receive goods from Realchems. No reply to any of my numerous emails, just complete radio silence, and I've tried each one of their email addresses. So yeah. Pretty sure I can kiss my 200 euros goodbye.
