Ordered from this shop once and it is already my favourite. Large variety of products. Prices are comparable to the market and while generally high, they're competitive and not above market. Overall it's a good one stop shop for most of your needs. I paid using either LTC or BTC. The service however knocks it out of the park. I first put one order for 5 items using standard PostNL registered/tracked mail. I received the envelope with no issue in my mailbox. Each of the items is packed in its own ziplock bag, all of them are enclosed in a single temperature/damage resistant silver bag, inside the mailing parcel. Nice and clean. Unfortunately, probably due to some clerical mistake at the company's warehouse. 1 of my items was not included (likely forgotten). I immediately contacted the customer service support (CS) with photos documenting the issue. After 72hrs waiting for feedback from the Shipping team, CS decided to re-ship my missing item right away AT NO ADDITIONAL COSTS for me! Once again, the item was delivered with no issue whatsoever to my address about 2 weeks later. Overall, the experience was more than positive. CS deserves a gold medal for taking care of the customers' needs so promptly and efficiently. This website has now become a favourite and will 200% buy again from here should they carry the item that I am looking for at any given time. Keep up the good work realchems.net!
