After 3.5 months and two failed attemps (tracked and untracked delivery), I still have not my order (or my money).
I get it, untracked delivery gets lost all the time apparently, but what's the point of tracked delivery if the worst parcel carrier is contracted and package fails to be delivered too?
Cherry on the top, is 11 days without having an answer by support, where I was asking if they could call DHL to ask where my package was.
