You should not trust this brand anymore, package was not sent for over 4 months.. ORDER #8000002089 “LOST” 4 TIMES OVER 4 MONTHS (IM PRETTY SURE THEY NEVER RESHIPPED IT). Beware of this website as of now. They create shipping codes and keep you in the loop to make you quiet but they never ship the product. What happened to me is that I made an order in July (after I had a few in the past always going well), and after the package was lost, they started promising me reshippings over over and over in the last 4 months. NO REFUNDS OF COURSE. Now it’s November and, after giving them more than enough time, I’m finally done at the point of writing a terrible review. One package can get lost, but after 4 of them mysteriously don’t even get shipped the problem is coming from the seller, not the shipping agent. It’s sad they ended up to do this, as I have been a loyal customer in the past and it worked well, but recently they changed their attitude completely and now I finally became aware that all my money is lost and I stopped hoping for this endless shipping fake story. Their customer service is elusive and, if you complain, they keep you writing the same stuff saying “that they will investigate the order and get back to you”, just to send you another shipping code and ending up not doing any real shipping. I’m happy to change this review if this gets sorted but I’m sure it won’t, and the only message I would get will be “we are sorry, we will investigate your issue”. SO disappointed on you realchems.
