Hello! I'm a customer at realchems and I never been so dissapointed with any online shop ever! I made an order for 100$ about 2 month ago. The package did not arrive an I thought I made an mistake with my shipping info. Turns out Realchems butcherd my whole shipping info for the first order. After weeks of beggin I got my reship (only because my package was tracked) and they completley disregarded my the Adress I gave them. I cannot understand how you ship a package two times with the worng adress on that I did't even gave you? Makes no sence! And I tell them what's the mistake and the still ship it out wrong?
