EDIT 2: update, as promised. 3 weeks went by, replacement order was never shipped, nobody answers emails or chats. customer service these days seems non-existent. there are more reliable shops online. EDIT: after this review I was offered reshipment + store credits. I'm waiting for my package to arrive and will update my rating and info here when / if it does. It was supposed to be sent 4 days ago but it was not handed to PostNL yet. This was my favourite RC shop by far. But, in the past 3 months, I had issues with 3 orders in a row. First I received expired products, next order was never sent although payment went through and I was sent a tracking number (then I had to wait for 2 weeks for an answer on what's going on), lastly, I received a package with 1 item missing and I wrong. I've sent 3 emails in the past 15 days and tried reaching them via chat but got nothing back. 2 stars instead of 1 because products are decent if you ever get them.
