The first part of this review is all about customer service! There was a major delay in the shipping that was the USPS, not Ryot! However, the customer service team at Ryot was amazing to work with! They took great care of me! Now for the products! Wow! Great gear. I love the Krypto Kit!! It is so perfect and the smell proof seems to work well! I also got a couple more one hitters, with the digger tips. So helpful for getting the last little bits! I love this company and will be ordering again and recommending to my friends!
