I have bought a few items from here all have been great. The only issue I had was my spoon bowl broke at the base. I just used some glass glue and put back together worked well ever since. The vaporizer I bought workers really well did not understand how to use it the first time watched a U tube video on it and figured out the tricks. The cases are really nice also.
