I have purchased many products from RYOT and have been happy with them. Several months ago a purchased a "mini" grinder by mistake. I really wanted the full size one. I returned the "mini" along with a copy of the purchase order and reordered the full size grinder which I received (and paid for). To this day have not a credit or refund for the returned product. ????
