I am so grateful to the My Pet Cab team. Dean the driver took great care of my new puppy and was very kind as well as professional. I was kept updated with all the details of how and when my puppy would be delivered. I was worried since it was my first time having a service like this. I received a call the night before with the estimated time. The day of arrival a very nice lady called me with an updated time since the flight was delayed. Dean the driver called me when he was on his way and then when he arrived at my building. My puppy was clean, well fed and hydrated. I’m very happy with My Pet Cab!
