It was awesome. Tim was very nice person. He didn't just give us our puppy and leave. We like that he was enthusiastic for us, alway referring to our new arrival as special new family member. He was all this while maintaining social distancing and wearing a mask. We were very appreciative that he took such good care of our Nani and so empathetic to our excitement. He took a good picture too! Thank you.
