Got all the information confirmed the day before, and the company provided phone numbers to call / text with questions. There was a flight delay, but the company called in advance to keep us updated and then the driver also called before arriving at our place. The driver was really nice and patient as we were trying to encourage our puppy to come out of the crate. Overall - it was a good experience.
