The delivery part was flawless. Daisy, the driver communicated updates and personal messages throughout my puppy’s journey from the airport. She even included info about my puppy’s well-being and mood. Adam arrived clean and happy. Gary alerted me of flight delays and provided updates on estimated arrival time as well as details on the entire process. The crew was kind, contentious and clearly took care of my puppy. Very satisfied with the delivery portion of the entire process. Thank you!
