I was pleased with the promptness and communication but not attentive enough to the condition of the puppy. When my puppy arrived she was cold, shivering and wet. Her paws were like ice cycles. I feel if she was given appropriate review upon retrieving her from the airport her unfavorable condition could have been rectified.
