Daisy kept us informed as to when she would be delivering our puppy and she was very friendly and courteous. There was just one small problem. The day before delivery someone from your company (not sure if Daisy or someone else) called and said they'd be here between 1:00-3:15 pm. However, on Saturday she called my husband around 11:00 am to advise she'd be here in 15 minutes. She was very prompt and got here I believe between 11:15- 11:30. Fortunately we were ready, but my husband had just returned home not five minutes earlier from running errands. This should be avoided in the future if possible, as we'd planned to run a short errand before our puppy was delivered, and in that case we wouldn't have been home (since the delivery was about 90 minutes earlier than what we'd been told). Otherwise, thank you very much for safely transporting our new puppy!!!
