Jerry was very pleasant but he should have called and told me he was running an hour late. My window was 2-5 PM and he arrive after 6. A long day waiting for my puppy. Jerry had SEVEN puppies to deliver from NJ to CT. My puppy was the last. A long time in an airplane from Oklahoma and even longer van drive. The puppy had food and water in the kennel. That also would have been nice to know. The women manning the phones don't seem to have much information; Why do you even give people their phone number?
