Tim was excellent. He notified me as soon as he picked up my puppy (which was one hour & a half away) to let me know she was fine & alert. He kept me informed when he was an hour away & then when he was 30 minutes away. He was friendly & informative upon arrival & my puppy was in perfect condition. He took a great picture of us with our new puppy as well :)
