My Pet Cab delivered our precious little puppy, Xena. We could not be happier with their service. They reached out to us the day before the delivery to verify our information and let us know the approximate delivery time and the name of the driver. We had to adjust the information because I would be at work. The caller (my apologies, I forget her name), was very accommodating. On the day of the delivery, Kelvin called to let us know he was about 20 minutes away and to get more specific directions. He was super friendly handing off our pup and was a delight ti interact with. I would not hesitate to use My Pet Cab again or suggest it to someone else.
