Bruna was prompt in delivering Archie. In fact, she was early! My puppy loved her and I thought for a minute that he wanted to stay with her! Archie arrived clean, dry, and happy with food and water in the pet carrier. Everything went as planned, calls made by Bruna with arrival information, and all paperwork explained and in order. I was very pleased and there was no anxiety at all in this process.
