The driver who delivered our puppy was very friendly, and courteous. Our delivery window was between 1:00 pm and 4:00 pm. Our driver called at approx. 1:10 pm and advised he would arrive between 1:45 and 2:15, depending on traffic. He arrived at about 2:00 and made sure I had the proper identification. Our puppy arrived happy and playful. Our driver asked if we had any questions or concerns. Overall we were very happy with the delivery of our puppy.
