From the initial onboarding and throughout the the entire process, Starwood Pet Travel excelled. Starwood's workflow was clear and thorough, and their communications quick and attentive. The combination of emails, text notifications and online scheduling for periodic stock-takes was excellent. They guided me meticulously and then took the initiative to liaise with my vet to ensure document compliance. They offered tips to improve transit. I appreciated all of these interventions. This all-round professionalism, subject-matter knowledge and good cheer allowed me to concentrate on other aspects of my move. A special word of thanks, then, to Sahara and Rosie.
