Everyone at Starwood was a pleasure to deal with. Professional and kind. I had the feeling that I was dealing with people who knew how to handle anything, and that our babies would be in good hands. Since we were shipping 16 dogs and 1 cat, it was a unique situation with a ton of crazy logistics. Everything worked perfectly and everyone of our dogs and cat arrived safely!
