I wouldn't be arriving until a few days after my dog and so he would be going into kennels until I arrived. Starwood had to find a second flight that would accept him and his giant sky kennel on a flight from London to Manchester and then transport him over the Pennines to the kennels. Luckily they were able to do this and have him kenneled at Manchester Airport. The driver who picked him up at my house and took him to the airport was wonderful and surprisingly my boy got into the van without hesitation and sent me a photo of his arrival at the airport. Just a huge thank you to you all at Starwood on both sides of the "pond".
