I was very impressed with the service I received. It was a slightly complicated move involving a relocation from the US to the UK for a couple of months and then on to Dubai. The team were very reassuring throughout and gave me great confidence in their ability to look after Indy as well as the bureaucracy involved in a multi country move. We really appreciated the updates once the move was underway so we knew Indy was happy and safe. Sarah and Billie were friendly, efficient, thorough, knowledgable and lovely to work with and I am very grateful for their efforts. Once in Dubai, Indy was delivered to us quickly and happy.
