Excellent, friendly, and understanding service from everyone in the Starwood team. No query was too much trouble. I was a bit 'worried mother hen' at times, and was never left feeling anything other than completely confident that every care was being taken of my dog and her needs. She arrived at her destination wagging, happy, and full of beans.
