Our relocation concierge was excellent - great communication and knowledge of the process. Starwood appears to understand the frankly terrifying prospect of having to put your doggos in the hold for a flight, and they made it better by being able to answer any question I had and by understanding every piece of what the dogs will experience. There's no way I would have navigated the bureaucratic mess that constitutes pet immigration without this company to steer it through. The doses of patient good humor helped, too.
