we received our pup a week earlier then stated (which is great) the gentlemen we met were very nice and seemed genuinely happy and enjoyed their job. the crates they gave us were clean and neatly organized with all paper work toys and food. we also received bottle of water for our new pup as well for the ride home. most importantly the pup seemed happy and not frightened or unsure the men most have took good care of her on her travels from Arkansas to New Jersey.
