We had excellent service from Starwood Animal Transport from the initial inquiry to the delivery of our pets to Singapore! Very impressed with all the staff we worked with- especially Ross, Kirsty in the US and Olphelia on the Singapore side. Everyone was extremely pleasant to work with and so understanding of our obvious concern for our dogs during the transportation process. They kept us in the loop of every step and provided great pictures and videos during their trip.
