Delivery was cordial, timely, and expedient. Combined with the air transport, my new puppy arrived on May 30 at 9:30 AM. The original estimate was for his arrival on June 3 at 1:40 PM. That's 4 days and more than four hours earlier than estimated. I'd say that is "Excellent" service.
