I appreciated the heads up call in the am to let me know she would arrive between 3pm and 6pm. At 5:45pm I called because I still had not heard from the driver, so I left a message. I got a call back within 5 min explaining due to all the protests he was running behind. He was scheduled to drop of to a different address only 3 blocks from me in the next 15 min so I ran over to that address to meet them other wise it would have been probably another hr or more till they came to my address (due to the directions the driver was given and the protesting issues). I got there just a few min before the driver and I must say he was so nice and very sweet and funny. Someone with a great personality like that is important to have at a moment when the client is so excited to meet there new family member. So job well done!!!!!
