I was contacted by My Pet Cab on the morning my puppy was to arrive. They told me Lisa would call me as she was delivering my puppy. She called and let me know when she would arrive. When she got to our house, she was very warm and caring. I felt like she truly enjoyed her job. I didn't feel rushed. She was very patient and let me take my time as I took our puppy out of the crate. Thank you Lisa!!!
