Kirsty Hewitt was very helpful in managing the paperwork and itineraries for my cats. She was v thorough and communicated with the vet and airlines as time led up to the cats' move. As well, Nicky West on the UK side picked up where Kirsty left off and helped bring my cats to their new home safe and sound. Thank you both for the work and care you gave me and my pets!
