I like the personal relationship I have with Ross. Niko didn't get loaded when he was supposed to from the UK but Sarah Wittington was quick to let me know----appreciate the clarity and transparency. Helen picks Niko up at JFK and sends a pic or short video of him which is gratifying. In short, I feel very good about the compassionate professionals at Starwood and with whom Starwood works!
