Bob called me 24 hours before her departure and confirmed her flight and my address with drivers name and when to expect my puppy. In fact there was a delay and he got right back to me after I left a message. My pet Cab driver, Laurie, was helpful and friendly. Very patient as we managed what was included with our puppy and how her temperament was during the drive. We learned she did not have her mommy blanket in her travel crate however, there were two small bags of her size food and the travel crate included that was news to me. Puppy is healthy (successful poops since settling in) she’s alert and happy to meet her new family. I was able to learn more about her travel details which is a relief during CoVID. So happy with My Pet Cab!
