Shipping the pets during a pandemic was no smooth process as you might imagine, there were a number of problems, none of which were foreseeable. However Starwood Animal Transport remained calm and worked through it all, we go there in the end! Everyone we dealt with was kind and professional, they seemed to understand that putting your pets on a plane is a big worry for most owners. Our pets arrived safe and sound and I’d definitely recommend! It’s also worth mentioning that they were significantly more affordable than some other companies I was quoted for.
