The dispatcher called when my dog had arrived on the ground. She explained how the driver was giving her a pit stop time to stretch her legs, drink water and eat. I was happy to hear she arrived safely. I was given a time frame for delivery of my pet. The driver called and gave me a specific ETA. I was happy he was masked. He was friendly. He was warm. He gave me my pet and walked the crate to my home. I felt that I was given specific information along her entire touch down. Your staff is very caring. They take safety precautions especially during this pandemic. I would recommend your company without hesitation. Very professional.
