We were very anxious about our puppies arrival, but Bob was very informative about the care she was given on the plane and off the plane and when they were going to pick her up and approximately how long it would be to get to my house. His wife Lisa called me in route and told me approximately what time she would be arriving and her condition while with her. She even took her out of her crate and put her on her lap for a while. When they arrived,She was clean happy and healthy. Very pleased with the care they gave her. Thank you very much Bob and Lisa
