I am extremely grateful for the quality service and the safe transport of my pet. I especially appreciated the regular picture updates of my pet at regular intervals. The only suggestion I would make is standardizing the rate of communications as the first team reached out more than the second team and I grew a little concerned when I didn’t get updates from the second team at the same rate.
