Very pleased with the amount of communication and support I received during the whole process. My circumstances were unique in the sense that I had already gone through half of the preparation by myself but then the pandemic happened and threw my plans out of the window. Starwood managed to get me going again. Arranged the flight for my pet with the only airline that was still accepting pets, took care of the paperwork and had my dog delivered to me at my destination address. Overall my experience was a very good one. The people I dealt with were exceptionally helpful and responsive and my dog seemed to be happy and not distressed with her overall flying experience. I can not thank everyone involved enough for making this whole thing a memorable one.
