We had a wonderful experience having our two large dogs transported from Brooklyn, NY to Berkeley, CA. Jim, the coordinator, kept us up to date on everything, and every six hours or so, we'd receive messages and videos from the transporters about our dogs. From the videos, we could immediately see that the dogs were so calm and happy! The transport wound up being quite fast and they were early (we weren't in CA yet!) and they happily kept watch over the dogs until we arrived. I could immediately tell once the dogs got home that they had a great trip because they were super calm and happy. I'd recommend My Pet Cab to anyone!
