My experience with My Pet Cab was excellent. The staff I worked with communicated very well with me and were so kind. They kept me updated the day before travel and the day of travel. I was given a window of time of when to expect my puppy and I knew when my puppy was leaving the airport and I was notified 20 minutes before arrival. I am so happy with my experience. My puppy arrived happy, healthy and safe.
