I was given notice of when the cab left the airport, then again when he was 30 minutes out, and when approaching. Gary had a mask on, he was adorable with the pup, handed everything to me - carrier, food and forms - and of course Rumi. A sweet man who did his job perfectly and even did a follow up. Terrific!
I would upload a photo, but I'm not very good at such things. He took some and sent one to me of Rumi in my arms. 😊
