The entire experience was great and spot-less. My Pet Cab called me a day in advance. Then again on the day of delivery with updated delivery window when the puppy arrived at airport. Then the driver, Jim, called me when he was 45 min away. I couldn't have expected a better experience. And Jim was great - courteous, jolly and timely.
