My Pet Cab transported our puppy 2,000. miles across country. With only one airline shipping dogs, during pandemic, there weren't any direct flights. I called and spoke to Jim P. who answered ALL of my questions and was extremely helpful. I was nervous about ground travel because it was new to me but he put me at ease. It was totally worth the extra time it took for him to arrive. Jim updated me several times a day, through the weekend, and even on Labor Day. The best part was the drivers made special accommodations because he was a puppy with diet and extra attention. The RV really is as nice as it looks! I would give them 10 stars if I could. I HIGHLY recommend this company. They are professional and truly cared about my puppy.
