My pet cab did a fantastic job of bringing our new puppy Lulu home to us. The only glitch was that we didn’t receive a call when the puppy was safe and in the van but got a call confirming they were just about to be at our house. I tried calling and leaving a message with the team manager for an update on the delay, but did not receive a call back from the driver until they were only 20 minutes away. So we had some worried hours until we received our puppy. Once the gentleman arrived with her, the driver was great.
