We had a great experience with Starwood. Sarah was very good at dealing with my constant panic attacks and always got back to me in a timely manner. We chose to handle most of the Health Certificate process ourselves, both being veterinarians, but Sarah was there to guide us through it all. The pets arrived healthy and happy and everyone involved with their very long journey seemed to truly care about them.
