Returned a hoodie because it was too big and repurchased two more in the size down (first time ordering). I had to pay for returns which is fair enough but then was refunded the further reduced priced of £40 instead of £54 what I originally paid. The customer service hasn’t been helpful and have said they have people return to make a saving on the further reductions therefore they refund the lower price even tho I returned a different size to what I repurchase and stated the issue on email. Not sure you can pick and choose how much you refund to be honest. Wouldn’t repurchase or recommend. Disappointing as would of purchased more if this wasn’t my first experience
