I have installed the desktop bitget wallet. Somehow my PIN doesn't work. I can not withdraw my funds. For 9 months I have had this nightmare and customer support said they emailed me within 24 hours every time I contacted them but they didn't. I have no clue how I can get my money now. It is like a trap my money got in and I can take it out. I am extremely annoyed. I need my money asap. The email has never come, not even in the spam. You have an application that you can not recover the PIN code. No one helps to make the withdrawal till I talk to Fosterboon.org, they finally helped me alot.
