Bought a Safari BBQ. Initial contact with Tristan at Leeds who was sooooo helpful, ringing back when promised, following up on questions etc. Located a BBQ unit at the Knottingley branch and dealt with by Steve who also went out of his way to sort me out with everything I needed. Delivered to house shortly after with everything I needed (including gas) to get my superb BBQ going. Cannot praise them highly enough. 10 stars not 5!!!!
