Ordered items (pipsqueak stove) item turned up fine but box smashed, ok that could point to the courier but poorly made box won't take much impact with the stove weight, after receiving my order I realised my roof flashing was wrong for my use so contacted about returning it, had a reply saying I could but every other email I sent after this hasn't been answered also questions I've asked about the item haven't been answered. Very poor customer service.
